Caitlin Walker

Caitlin discovered she had dyslexia when she started university and more recently received an adult diagnosis of ADHD and Autism. She studied alongside David Grove, the creator of clean questions, and she has decades of experience working with individuals and organisations for equality, diversity and inclusion, collaborating with associate specialists in race, gender, sexuality, age and sex.

Caitlin’s specialty is creating teams in which individuals take shared responsibility for their neurodiversity, recognising and accounting for difference while also co-creating a strengths based approach.
