Our group coaching is designed to support the unique dynamics of diverse teams through embracing and making use of difference. By creating intelligent networks of attention, we help groups harness the unique experiences, insights, and strengths of every person, fostering deeper understanding, mutual respect and collaboration.

Working Cleanly in a group offers a powerful opportunity for individuals to feel safely seen and heard. Shared experiences within a group create a sense of belonging, while also providing many perspectives. Hearing how others process information, solve problems, and make meaning can spark insights and open up new ways of thinking. Our group coaching process supports individuals to recognise and appreciate these differences.

Using Clean Language, clean questions and simple yet transformative models, group members create "Rough Guides" to themselves and each other. These guides illuminate individual preferences and requirements enabling the group to align their efforts while respecting each person’s unique contributions.

This process fosters a deeper awareness that not everyone experiences or interprets the world in the same way. By embracing these differences, groups and teams can develop a shared sense of safety, belonging, and freedom that enables them to thrive and to get stuff done better together. Members gain a richer understanding of how their own strengths complement those of others, and how to collaborate in ways that honours diversity as an asset.
