Shaun Hotchkiss

Shaun has experience of living and working with neurodivergent adults and children. He studied directly with David Grove, developer of Clean Language and works with neurodivergent teenagers unable to access the school system.

He is an expert on the intersectionality of trauma and ND approaches and facilitates managers, team leaders and individuals to manage their differences in a collaborative way. He is a UKCP Psychotherapist and supervisor with extensive experience of working with PTSD, and applying therapeutic skills to neurodiversity coaching and mentoring.

He has worked as a coach, delivering comprehensive workplace strategy coaching for neurodiverse clients for the last 3 years. He helps clients to understand their strengths and weaknesses and when this happens, his clients start to embrace their neurodiversity and develop new strategies for their work and life.
