Inspiring Capability
so that more of us can be at our best, more of the time
Are you a neurodivergent person wanting to uncover your strengths, understand your struggles, and develop strategies that truly suit your individual system?
Or are you someone who wants to better support a neurodivergent person — or a whole neurodiverse team — to be at their best?
We believe that neurodivergent minds aren’t broken versions of neurotypical ones. They’re different operating systems — with their own patterns, processes, and brilliance — that deserve to be understood on their own terms
We work with your unique system to explore what’s happening, what’s possible, what you’d like to have happen, and what you can do next. We coach using Clean Language and Systemic Modelling, creating the conditions for that thinking to be heard, honoured, and explored.
Our approach is flexible, confidential, and designed around you — so you can grow in a way that feels genuine and empowering. Ready to begin?
About Us
Our core team is led by Caitlin Walker PhD, Shaun Hotchkiss and Marian Way - highly experienced and skilled individuals who coach teams and individuals at all levels - from teenagers to board members.
Over 20 years ago, Caitlin became deeply interested in the structure of subjective experience and the unique ways each individual perceives the world. Initially, her focus was on teenagers facing challenges in accessing mainstream education. She developed strategies to help them uncover the architecture of their own experiences, establishing them as the experts in their personal systems. This led to the teenagers having deep insights about their thinking and their behaviour, and creating models of how they learn at their best and at their worst. Caitlin also supported the teenagers to make models of one another’s unique systems and the teenagers were soon able to make small adjustments for one another so that each of them was better able to learn and to be at their best more of the time. Caitlin called her approach Systemic Modelling.
Over the years, our team has expanded this work to support neurodivergent adults and neurodiverse teams, enabling them to operate at their fullest potential. Our commitment to the field of neurodiversity coaching has helped individuals and organisations understand and appreciate differences.
Everyone in our core team is neurodivergent and has also raised neurodivergent children. These experiences shape how we approach our work. We believe in honouring people where they are, and creating a space of safety, belonging, and freedom for all of our clients. We approach our work with curiosity to inspire people to be their authentic selves.
As we continue to evolve, we remain dedicated to our foundational principles of collaboration, integrity and autonomy, building on the legacy we've established in this vital area of support.

"You gave me time to feel and think. You didn't tell me I was wrong or that I should be concentrating on something or someone else."
